Garage Conversions.

A garage conversion is a relatively cheap method of creating more habitable space, ideally a double integral garage is a great start to this project, the only downside, loosing a garage space, will offset any value you add by creating the extra room, however, its a small price to pay for that extra reception, room, study, playroom or elderly accommodation.

The example see below, was a double garage, new internal block dividing wall, matching window and stone head and cill, it looks like it has always been there!
