About our Company:

LOFT CONVERSION SPECIALISTS of BEVERLEY is a privately owned and personally managed company. The proprietor is Russell Field, and the company was established in 1983, and has all the tradesmen you need,  design and structural engineers,  joiners, plumbers, electricians, plasterers and cleaners, we employ them, so you don`t have to!.

We have been converting roof spaces, garages and areas of wasted space into beautiful well-equipped home extensions for  almost 30 years, That's a lot of years experience! and to date we have carried out Loft, Dormer and Garage  conversions totalling some  £23 million.

Our Aim:

The management and staff at Loft Conversion Specialists of Beverley, are proud professionals who aim to provide not only quality workmanship, but also a smooth and hassle free working environment for our clients and ourselves. We also provide a drawing service, where you can discuss your needs, make alterations, and know that your Loft, Dormer or Garage conversion will be exactly how you want it to look.

Timescales,

Surveys are arranged to suit you, daytime or evenings, and usually within 7 days of initial contact. Once instructed to do so, drawings will be ready to view at your home within 14 days. Planning and Building Regulations Approval, are applied for by us, on your behalf, and when approved, construction can usually start within 12 weeks, most conversions are completed within 4 to 6 weeks, you do not need to move out, work on ground and first floor is left till last, to minimise disruption to your lifestyle. If you already have your drawings, we will liase with your architect as we do our own.

Work areas,

We currently have teams operating  in, East Yorkshire, South  Lincolnshire, and North Yorkshire, and have had isolated contracts in North London and Newcastle. A well organised, well managed company can often produce a far better product, than most local companies.
